I'm Back... Planning

You may have noticed a lack of posts from me lately.  I took a short hiatus from miniatures of all sorts for a while.  I actually got into:

I would have never thought in a million years I would enjoy that game... but I do.

Work has also been hectic.  I'm trying to work on a promotion and I have been working 6 days most weeks.  I missed out on the Colorado Military Historian's mini convention due to work so I literally have done nothing on the gaming front.  

I missed the deadline for game submissions for the Tacticon book, but I will still be submitting games for Force on Force and you will be able to find their postings online.  I will be hosting 1 game Friday evening/night and 2 games on Saturday.  The listing will be rather generic as I am not 100% set on a scenario, but it will be set in Afghanistan.  I really want to get my Cold War Gone Hot stuff done, but I just don't have the time right now.  However, I promise to put on a Cold War Gone Hot game for Genghis Con next year.   

I did get a bunch of vehicles from S&S Models and Britannia Miniatures that I need to do a review of.  Both companies offer some resin models in 20mm that you just can't find via the various plastic kit companies out there (or die cast for that matter)

So here is hope to a whole bunch of new posts with shiny pictures.
